Challenge

Replace outdated audio system at renowned international resort chain property with premium quality multi-zone system delivering seamless coverage. Control system needed to be intuitive for non-technical staff with smartphone-based zone volume control accessible from anywhere on property. Resolve persistent audio delay issues caused by different speaker distances that had frustrated guests and staff for years.

Solution

Installed groundstack MXlab line arrays at beach club to cover large open space from single point source – line array configuration provides excellent area coverage without requiring numerous speaker units. Equipped remaining zones with best-in-class Martin Audio commercial systems. Integrated complete system with smartphone control through single application. Applied precise timing alignment to eliminate audio delays between zones, creating unified soundfield across entire property with modern streaming from Spotify and Tidal.

Results

Created unified acoustic environment with consistent sound quality throughout hotel property – guests move seamlessly between zones within continuous soundfield. Resolved long-standing audio delay problem that had annoyed guests and staff. Restaurant and beach areas now deliver hi-fi quality audio with modern streaming capabilities, while beach club regained popularity among visitors and island guests thanks to impressive club-grade line array system.
